Thing Four: Collaborating

Together, your group will put together a 60-75 second presentation where each of you will speak for 15 seconds.

Your presentation will be a story:

Pick one of the two Scenarios below and a Wild Card.

You will build your presentation using the Google Presentation shell in the dashboard below.

Each slide should have one full screen image.

Use the "Research Tool" to find your images.(That way they'll automatically be licensed Creative Commons and attributed properly.))

If you want to add text to a slide you can, but, keep it brief ... use very little text.

First Scenario
Teacher used little to no technology in their teaching; has a very traditional style. Students want to do something different using technology. Using any/all of the things you’ve learned here (or elsewhere) so far what does the student want to do? Will the teacher let them? How does this play out?

Second Scenario
Teacher is very techno-savvy! Student says: “Look. I’m here. You teach. I’ll listen. Tell me what to do to get a good mark and I’ll do it.” Using any/all of the things you’ve learned here (or elsewhere) so far what does the teacher want to the class to do? How does the student react? How does this play out?

Wild Card
Tell the story through the eyes of the student.
OR
Tell the story through the eyes of the teacher.
OR
Mix up the perspective throughout your tale.
